Primary portfolio shall consist of dividend paying stocks with reasonable growth. Multiple currencies are preferred for dividend income. Secondary portfolio shall consist of speculative growth stocks. Main portfolio shall carry reasonable amount of debt. Debt to equity ratio is targeted to be below 0,1 under normal market conditions. Debt shall include all personal debt including mortgage but real estate used as home is not included as equity. At least one purchase per month is preferred. If reasonable valuations are not available or debt level needs to be decreased, portfolio shall be consider to be in maintenance mode. In maintenance mode smaller purchases shall be made either in third portfolio consisting of ETFs or in speculative growth portfolio hosted in Nordea where fees are acceptable for smaller purchases.
