Other than that there wasn&#8217;t really major changes in the portfolio &#8211; mainly unplanned <strong>Apple<\/strong> and <strong>Citycon<\/strong> purchases, exits from <strong>General Mills<\/strong> and <strong>Yara<\/strong> and move into portfolio maintenance mode. In general these events have been the long awaited for market correction &#8211; on personal level that is. Global economy will be hurt from such stupidity but it&#8217;s robust enough to survive the way it always has. Meanwhile we are getting closer to valuations triggering once again multiple purchases. Let&#8217;s see if we get there during the next quarter, until then I&#8217;ll remain in maintenance mode.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.dwelldone.fi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/q1-2018.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-876\" src=\"http:\/\/www.dwelldone.fi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/q1-2018.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"709\" height=\"288\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.dwelldone.fi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/q1-2018.png 709w, https:\/\/www.dwelldone.fi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/q1-2018-300x122.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 709px) 100vw, 709px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Dividend income increased quite nicely <strong>from 929,31 EUR\u00a0to\u00a01 224,73 EUR (before taxes)<\/strong>. This consisted of new purchases but also from quite solid dividend increases from existing positions. This dividend income together with new capital has reduced the portfolio debt quite quickly.
