Interest rates are up and probably still rising which has been hitting lenders and REITs in general. In fact so much that whole sector is starting to look interesting again. Cibus is and will remain small position for me but minor addition here seemed sensible enough as today&#8217;s drop of roughly 7% was mostly caused by downgrade by Nordea. Cibus is not what I would call high quality company but tenant base is somewhat defensive.
